Brian West

Brian West has over 20 years in telecommunications. He helped write FreeSWITCH and is currently at SignalWire building carrier-grade voice AI infrastructure. His work focuses on the AI Agent control plane architecture and Programmatic Governed Inference (PGI), separating what agents can do, where they are in workflows, and how they communicate into distinct programmatic layers. He believes the industry needs fewer posts and more pull requests.
